Guest comments	Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and the food very good. (Dinner restaurant) Only issue was parking. Parking is down the hill in a general parking lot. Not a big deal but better guidence on the confirmation as to where to park for registration would have been helpful. Overall a very nice stay. I would definately stay there again. Very covenient to castles and surrounding area.

Guest comments	Well maintained hotel Clean rooms and clean bath. Location of the hotel was excellant. Service staff were helpful. Hotel is located in a very convenient spot. Receptionist was very unhelpfull. Despite requesting for room with veiw well in advance we weren't offered one. But I will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Newswanstien castle ( becos of convenient location, Clean hotel and rooms)
