Guest comments	Extremely warm and friendly staff, excellent food (even for room service). Should have free wi-fi, and free access to the gym at this price.

Guest comments	This hotel cannot possibly be 5 stars!! It is old, tired and worn, particularly the 4th floor rooms. The carpet and armchairs are filthy, the furniture shabby and the decor wouldn't be out of place in a shed. The WC is so close to the partition wall that one almost has to sit sideways to use it and the shower is dangerous, cold one second and scalding the next. These comments particularly apply to room 409.
