Guest comments	Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, some of the room arrangements were very strange (the TV was suspended from the wall *above* one of the beds - directly above where my head would normally had been). We moved the bed as I didn't feel very comfortable with that (there was even one of the screws missing on the bracket that attached it to the wall!). Also, we didn't have any room service for the whole 4 nights we stayed there. Just made our own beds and used the same towels throughout. (Admittedly, we didn't bother to say anything either.)

Guest comments	First doble room offered was not even suitable as a single room. Bathroom terrible! The new one (a "suite") was an acceptable room, but nothing more. The worst thing: We did not get our wake up call! Luckily we were saved by our mobile phone. Would not have reached our plane otherwise.
