Guest comments	Why not equip the pool bar a bit more professionally? Why not serve food on the roof terras from where the view is stunningly beautiful?

Guest comments	Our room was directly adjacent to the dock where 2 huge cruise liners were mored, not only did this completely block any view, the noise from the engines and tanoy systems was dreadful. The beds were very hard and when we complained were told a mattress topper would be provided, but this never happened. There was very poor lighting in the bathroom.
