| Guest comments | Prices in hotel for tea, coffee were very high. It has a very corporate feel catering for businesses and not alot of atmosphere for ordinary guests. None of rooms had view of the waterfront which was disappointing. Rooms had lovely beds and cotton duvets, but due to lack of atmosphere in rest of hotel probably wouldn't go there again. Well situated for Belfast City Airport. | ||

| Guest comments | WHat a wonderful hotel - stayed here before and it was super, but this time they made us feel so special. Our room wasn't ready as there was a big wedding - so they upgraded us to one of their beautiful suites. The staff are more than helpful and extremely pleasant and efficient. | ||
