Guest comments	We stayed here for 4 days in two different room. We were placed in a smoking room by mistake but this was soon rectified. The service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to help us when our passports were stolen while we were shopping. The breakfast facilities were very good and there were also unexpected extras such as free internet usage. We will certainly stay at this hotel again when next we visit Copenhagen.

Guest comments	We chose this hotel entirely on its price and were not in the least disappointed. My sister-in-law had booked into the Absalon Hotel Annexe but when she saw the facilities (or lack of them) she immediately changed to the Hotel and was also not disappointed.

Guest comments	Great hotel for the price. Very close to the train station, and down town copenhagen. Highly recommended. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are small, but good since you are right in downtown Copenhagen. I highly recommended this hotel.
